In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

by Israeli Occupation Regime Forceshttp://english.wafa.ps/, https://english.palinfo.com/, https://imemc.org/, https://paltoday.ps/ar/ *** *** ý Impacts and Aspects of the Israeli Genocidal War on the Gaza Strip*** Israeli strike kills one person in Lebanese town Tuesday 4-November-2025 BEIRUT, (PIC) An Israeli drone strike targeted a car in the southern Lebanese town of Kfar Dajjal on Tuesday, killing one person, local media said. Despite a November 2024 ceasefire with Hezbollah, the Israeli occupation army maintains troops in five areas in southern Lebanon and has launched regular airstrikes. The Israeli regime usually claims it is targeting Hezbollah members and positions and has stepped up the attacks in recent days. *** UN official calls for urgent action to rebuild Gaza’s food supply chain Tuesday 4-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Stefanos Fotiou, Director in the Office of Sustainable Development Goals in FAO, has warned that Gaza’s food system is facing unprecedented devastation due to the war. He said that between 78% and 91% of agricultural land, farms, and greenhouses have been damaged, severely reducing local food production, which was once a cornerstone of food security in the Strip. In an interview with Al Jazeera during the World Summit for Social Development in Doha, Fotiou noted that approximately 37% of the damaged land could be rehabilitated, presenting a vital opportunity to urgently begin rebuilding the food system and restoring supply chain sustainability inside Gaza. He emphasized that ensuring the continued flow of humanitarian aid, food, and fuel into the Strip is a top priority. He called for the full Israeli reopening of border crossings and the creation of suitable conditions to guarantee regular deliveries, allowing humanitarian organizations to operate without disruption. Fotiou explained that current aid reaching Gaza does not meet actual needs and fails to match agreed quantities and types. Assistance has largely been limited to carbohydrates and processed goods, while protein-rich foods such as meat and fish remain banned, worsening the malnutrition crisis and endangering public health, particularly among children and the sick. The UN, through the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), is working with international partners to develop a plan to rehabilitate the food system post-war. However, these efforts face a major funding shortfall. FAO has issued an international appeal for $75 million to support its 2025 recovery plan, but less than 10% of the required funds have been secured, hindering programs aimed at restoring local food production and supporting farmers’ livelihoods. Fotiou concluded by stressing that bridging this funding gap is essential to launching a new phase of agricultural recovery in Gaza. Doubling available resources would help accelerate relief and reconstruction projects and ensure long-term sustainability of the food system in one of the world’s most crisis-affected regions. *** UNRWA: 75,000 displaced Palestinians sheltering in damaged, overcrowded facilities across Gaza Tuesday 4-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Nearly 75,000 displaced Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are still sheltering in over 100 UNRWA-run buildings, the UN agency says, adding that many of those buildings are “damaged and overcrowded.” According to UNRWA, humanitarian conditions in these shelters have become extremely dire, with acute shortages of water, food, and basic supplies. In recent social media remarks, UNRWA also warned of a deteriorating health situation and the spread of diseases due to overcrowding and poor sanitation. UNRWA affirmed that its teams continue to operate despite limited resources to provide urgent assistance to the displaced. “UNRWA teams work tirelessly to keep shelters safe and dignified, providing water, sanitation, waste collection, and hygiene support every day.” UNRWA called on the international community to take immediate action to ensure the protection of civilians and address the worsening humanitarian situation in Gaza. Since the beginning of the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, UNRWA has been grappling with the most severe humanitarian crisis in its history. Its schools and health centers have been transformed into overcrowded shelters, accommodating tens of thousands of displaced individuals amid widespread devastation and a severe breakdown of essential services. *** *** QB declares discovery of Israeli soldier’s body Tuesday 4-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Al-Qassam Brigades (QB), the armed wing of the Hamas Movement, announced on Tuesday that they had found the body of an Israeli soldier east of the Shuja’iyya neighborhood in Gaza City during ongoing excavation and search operations inside the so-called “Yellow Line.” The QB confirmed that procedures are underway to arrange the handover of the body to the Israeli side. In a statement, the QB said that the entry of engineering equipment and the accompaniment of Red Cross teams by QB members during the body recovery process inside the Yellow Line significantly accelerated the extraction efforts and led to the discovery of multiple remains. This development follows the handover of the remains of three Israeli officers and soldiers just two days earlier. The Israeli army currently controls what is referred to as the “Yellow Line,” which spans approximately half the area of the Gaza Strip, from its northern tip to the outskirts of Rafah in the south. Since the ceasefire agreement came into effect in October, Hamas has handed over 20 live Israeli prisoners and the remains of 20 others. The Movement said that retrieving additional bodies “will take time due to the widespread destruction caused by the war.” According to Gaza’s Government Media Office, around 9,500 Palestinians remain missing under the rubble left by Israel’s two-year-long war on the Strip, which has claimed the lives of over 68,000 people, mostly women and children, and injured approximately 170,000. The Gaza genocide has also destroyed more than 90% of the enclave’s civilian infrastructure. *** ****** Despite ceasefire, Gaza death toll continues to rise, reaching 68.872 since October 2023 GAZA, November 4, 2025 (WAFA, PIC) – Although a ceasefire in Gaza went into effect on October 11, 2025, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has continued to rise, reaching 68.872, the majority of whom were women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli genocidal war, in October 2023. At least 170.677 others have also been injured. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza stated that four bodies, including one that was recovered from under the rubble and three that were recently killed, were brought to hospitals in Gaza. This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews. Since the ceasefire went into effect on October 10, 2025, the number of those killed and injured has reached 240 and 607, respectively. At least 511 bodies have also been recovered. Two additional Palestinians were injured in eastern Gaza City on the same day. Local sources affirmed the victims were targeted while attempting to check on their homes. *** Israeli occupation naval forces kidnap five Palestinian fishermen off the coast of Gaza Tuesday 4-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation naval forces kidnapped five Palestinian fishermen, on Tuesday morning, after intercepting their boat while they were working off the coast of Gaza, in a new violation of the fragile ceasefire and amidst ongoing restrictions imposed on Gaza’s fishing zone. Zakariya Bakr, the coordinator of the Fishermen’s Committees Union in Gaza, said Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) gunboats opened fire toward Palestinian fishing boats before surrounding one and detaining five fishermen. The detainees were identified as Mu'hammed Rashad Al-Hissi, 'Alaa Rajab El-Hissi, Mu'hammed A'hmed Tulbah, Ma'hmoud Rashad El-Hissi, and A'hmad Rashad El-Hissi. In a statement on Tuesday, the municipality condemned the move as a “blatant violation of its jurisdiction” and stated its intention to formally object to the Israeli plan. The municipality said the plan was announced by the civil administration’s planning and building committee, which is affiliated with the Israeli occupation army, The municipality added that according to the plan, two apartment buildings and another one with three stories would be built for Jewish settlers on the land of the central vegetable market (the old Hisba). The municipality explained that the plan includes the construction of 63 housing units distributed across two six-story apartment buildings, with each one having two underground levels designated for parking. Additionally, a third building comprising three floors will include classrooms, a library, and a synagogue, the municipality added. The Palestinian market, once a hub for vegetable sales, was closed to Palestinians by the Israeli occupation army following the Ibrahimi Mosque massacre carried out by settler Baruch Goldstein on February 25, 1994, which left 29 Palestinians dead and at least 125 injured. The municipality condemned the settlement plan as a “clear violation of the city’s interests and those of its residents,” and a “disregard for the international humanitarian law, which prohibits the unjustified seizure, exploitation, or demolition of Palestinian property.” The municipality called on the international community, human rights organizations, and the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to urgently intervene to halt such repeated Israeli violations in al-Khalil City, which target Palestinian property, and to safeguard the rights of al-Khalil municipality and its local residents. In a related context, senior Hamas official Mahmoud Mardawi condemned the Israeli plan to carry out a new settlement project in the heart of al-Khalil City, on the land of the “old Hisba,” as another Israeli crime and part of ongoing efforts to Judaize the city and obliterate its identity. In a statement on Tuesday, Mardawi also called the Israeli plan “part of a systematic policy aimed at uprooting the Palestinian presence from the Old City and expanding Jewish control over the neighborhoods around the Ibrahimi Mosque, laying the groundwork to convert it into a Jewish shrine.” “Al-Khalil and all of the West Bank will remain purely Palestinian, regardless of the occupation’s attempts to distort the truth and change the reality on the ground,” the Hamas official underlined. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** OIC condemns Israeli draft law to execute Palestinian detainees JEDDAH, November 4, 2025 (WAFA) – The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on Tuesday condemned the Israeli draft law to impose the death penalty on Palestinian detainees. It called on the international community to assume its responsibilities to put an end to all Israeli violations and to provide international protection for the Palestinian people.
